I just created a Windows 8.1 Pro image with Office Pro Plus 2013 SP1. Ran sysprep /generalize /oobe /shutdown /unattend:unattend.xml. Captured the image to my WDS server. The I imaged a computer with the newly created image. When I launch any Office 2013 program, I get "Sorry, we had trouble getting the featured templates and can't show them right now." when the program opens. I tried resetting the browser to defaults. Did not fix. I do not have this problem on a multiple Windows 8 / Office 2013 Pro Plus images. This is new to Windows 8.1 image. How do I resolve this problem? I have looked everywhere, with no success.

This issue may occur when copy settings from the built-in Administrator account. This issue might not occur when you login as the built-in Administrator.

Please follow the steps in this article and reset the Internet Explorer settings (If you have installed any other browser, please also do so): http://support.microsoft.com/kb/923737/en-us

After reset the browser setting, please try to repair your Office 2013 from control panel: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/repair-office-programs-HA010357402.aspx

Completed these steps and it did not resolve the issue. 

Do you have other steps that may be taken?
